REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, AND FEES ARE BASED ON 4 WEEKS PER MONTH .

TRX 101 - Join Certified Personal Trainer/TRX Certified Instructor Nige Kirby to learn the basics of TRX.

EnhanceFitness - Because FUN never retires. This low cost, evidence based group exercise program is helping older adults with arthritis and other chronic disease become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives.

12-Week Program - If you are overweight and seeking health that is guided by professionals, the “12 Weeks to a Healthier You” is your starting place. This is a group centered program with nutrition, fitness, health coaching and personal training.

Commit to Fitness Team Challenge - Commit to a 6-week training and nutrition program to improve your health, fitness and body composition. Teams are limited to 6 participants per certified personal trainer/coach. Next challenge begins February 3rd. Stop by the front desk for details and registration.
Parkinson’s Cycling Class - Join Curly Dykstra, Certified Parkinson’s Cycling Coach and Personal Trainer, in the Spin Studio for this life changing fast-paced cycling class. Intake form required prior to registration.

Small Group Training- Sign up for this High Intensity Interval Training to build endurance, burn calories, boost metabolism and build a healthier heart.

Bellyfit Class - Discover the power of belly dance with deep stretches, isolations and rhythmic muscle work that will burn calories and tone up key muscle groups set to funky world dance beats in this new class.
