Youth Fitness Classes
YOUTH FITNESS 8-12 years, 3 days/wk
Youth work out with their peers under the direction and supervision of YMCA certified personal trainers. Sessions include introduction to strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training, nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and good sportsmanship. If youth shows interest in continuing training, has respect for equipment and etiquette, they will have the opportunity to use the facility without supervision outside of class time.
