Youth Strength Class

Kids 10 to 13 can come to the fitness center twice a week to work out with their peers under the direction and supervision of YMCA trainers. Sessions include introduction to strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training, team sports, nutrition, healthy lifestyles and good sportsmanship. 

Group meets Tuesday & Thursday from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m.

Fee:  $10/month Y-members, $35/month Community

YOUTH STRENGTH CLASS DOES NOT MEET DURING THE SUMMER

WILL RESUME IN THE FALL
