It is our top priority to provide a safe and healthy environment for our campers. Our focus is on developing the potential of every camper, while creating a warm and nurturing environment. Our goal is to allow campers to have fun, make friends, challenge themselves and experience growth. Campers must be signed in and out by a parent or adult (authorized to pick up) each day. An adult is required to escort the camper to camp. Campers may not be dropped off before 9a unless Before Care has been added for the week - allowing for drop off as early as 8a. Campers must be picked up by 4p unless Extended Care has been added for the week - allowing for pick up as late as 6p. If a camper is dropped off earlier than 9a or picked up later than 4p, the family will incur the appropriate Before/Extended Care fees.
Morning Camps: Monday – Friday 9a-12p
Afternoon Camps: Monday – Friday 1p-4p
Lunch Club: 12p-1p only if registered for both morning and afternoon camps
Before Care: 8a-9a
Extended Care: 4p-6p

Swim Camp: Outside pool locker rooms inside the Y
Gym & Swim: drop-off on Gymnastics floor inside the Y, pick-up outside pool locker rooms inside the Y
Gymnastics/ Parkour/ Flip N’ Fly: Gymnastics floor inside the Y
Specialty Camps: Pavilion behind the Y, except Lego camps (Kids Club room inside the Y)
Extended Care: Kids Club room inside the Y
A deposit of $20 for Discovery, Traditional and Sports Camp, $50 for Specialty Camp and $5 for Before & Extended Care is required for each week. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Please inquire at the front desk.
Camp fees will be automatically deducted from your checking or credit card account 14 days prior to the start of camp. Camps may also be paid in full at time of registration. We are unable to guarantee your camp registration, if the balance is not paid when due. There will be a $1.00 per minute late charge for late pick-up after a 5-minute grace period when camp ends (12:05, 4:05, 6:05). After these times a YMCA staff person will attempt to contact a parent or emergency contact person to pick up the child. If no one can be contacted by 6:30pm, the local police may be contacted. DCFS may also be notified about the situation.
Discovery Camp $80 Y-members/$95 Community per weekly session
Traditional Camp $75 Y-members/$90 Community per weekly session

WHAT IS THE POLICY ON REFUNDS?
Camp registration deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. All camps are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Camp cancellation is determined by Wednesday prior to camp starting. Refunds/credits will be issued if the Y cancels the program. If you withdraw from a program, a refund/credit (minus deposit) will be issued if requested in writing and received by the camp director 15 days prior to camp starting. No refunds of fees will be granted within 14 days of the start of the camp. Campers who violate camp policies will be dismissed without refund or credit. If for any reason your child is unable to attend the scheduled session, please notify the YMCA office immediately. We appreciate your commitment to the camp(s) for which you have registered.
**DISCOVERY CAMPERS do not need to bring snacks (snacks are provided) or swim gear (Discovery Camp will never swim).**
