Aquatic Fitness classes are a great way to get a workout! Class levels range from gentle to intense and are ideal for those easing back into exercise.
Classes include Joyful Joints (great for those with arthritis or fibromyalgia), Fit-N-Flex, Water Mind & Body, Deep Water Dynamos, Aqua Beat Down, Senior Cardio and Tone, Wave Makers, Aqua Mom (pre/postnatal), Adult Competitive Swim, and Fluid Fusion.
