Indoor Fitness Classes are slowly coming back - be sure to check the schedule!
Indoor Fitness Class Locations:
- Studio 1 - downstairs
- Studio 2 - downstairs
- SPIN studio - downstairs
- Wellness Studio - main floor
- Circuit area - main floor
Outdoor Fitness Classes
Outdoor Fitness Classes mean you can connect, stay active and healthy!
Watch the schedule for "pop-up" classes - if we wake up and it's the perfect day for outdoor fitness, we add the class to the schedule for that day!
Once the sunshine is here to stay , it means we can have ongoing scheduled outdoor classes.
Outdoor Class Locations:
- YMCA Annex - on the back patio
- YMCA Bicycle Pavilion - on the front patio
- YMCA Soccer Field - on the grass
Pickleball: Monday - Friday, 8a-11a and Sundays from 2:15p-3:50p
Volleyball: Tuesdays from 5:30p-6:45p
Members only, ages 14 and older. Experienced volleyball players and first timers welcome! Come down to the Y for this self regulated game for all skill levels.
