Directly supervises, supports, and mentors cabin counselors. Works with Camp Program Director and other leadership staff to organize and implement overall camp program. Provides a quality experience to campers and families focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Represents the YMCA and self in a positive and professional manner.

Salary:
$850-$950/Week

Full-time, hourly. Supports Member Services Director in essential processes and functions in Member Services. Membership/Program registration: ensure all forms turned in by members/participants are completed properly. Responsible for knowing and articulating all current membership and program information and changes. Answer phones politely and give accurate information about membership and programs. Give new and prospective members tours of the facility.

Schedule:
40 hours per week.
Shifts may vary. Some opening, evening, and weekend shifts required.

Salary:
$17-19/hr (5% bilingual pay differential)

Full-time, exempt. Inspires and enables gymnasts to achieve their greatest potential, developing skills and techniques to succeed in and outside the gym. Helps oversee and implement a strong, well-rounded, safe, and disciplined gymnastics program that instills all the aspects of the YMCA’s character development values. Must be able to coach a variety of gymnastics classes, ages and levels throughout the week.

TBD, includes Evenings (Until 7pm) and Saturdays

Salary:
$47,000-$52,000/ year

Part-time, hourly. Performs general janitorial/maintenance including, but not limited to: Cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, changing vacuum bags, laundry, trash removal, strip and wax floors, scrubbing and operating machines and equipment, and window and mirror cleaning.

15-20 hours per week

Salary:
$16-18/hr (5% bilingual pay differential)

Part-time, hourly. Responsible for and supervises a group of children in a gymnastics class or camp. Guides skill development that is consistent with YMCA values. Previous experience as a gymnast, teaching gymnastics, or working with children in a childcare, camp, or classroom setting required.

Full-time, exempt. Responsible for the management and operations at one of our preschool program sites. Leads the development and implementation of preschool programming and curriculum, set by the Preschool Director, at one preschool site. Operates an Ashland Family YMCA preschool site in compliance with current licensing requirements. This position is year-round.

$52,000 – $57,000/yr 
$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days!

Full-time, hourly. Provides direct supervision of assigned group of children in a preschool classroom setting. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with children, while building cooperative relationships with parents/caregivers. Promotes and supports the potential of all youth in programs and facilitates peer-to-peer connections.

Salary:
$21 – $24/hr 
(5% bilingual pay differential). $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days!

Full-time, hourly. Assists the Head Teacher in providing direct supervision of a group of children in a preschool setting.
