Part-time, hourly, 25-30 hours per week. Directs and supervises program activities, Afterschool Care participants, and Afterschool Care staff to meet the needs of our afterschool program and fulfill YMCA objectives.
Full-time OR Part-Time, hourly. Provides direct supervision of assigned group of children in a preschool classroom setting. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with children, while building cooperative relationships with parents/caregivers. Promotes and supports the potential of all youth in programs and facilitates peer-to-peer connections.
Schedule: M-F, Part-Time from 7:45a-1p, 12:30p-5:30p OR Full-Time from 8:30p-5:30p
Salary:
$22.01 – $26/hr
(5% bilingual pay differential for employees proficient in Spanish). $1,000 sign-on bonus to teacher qualified staff after employed 90 days!

Qualified for Aid II in Oregon after 240 documented hours as and Aide I, with at least 80 hours at an Ashland Family YMCA Preschool

Member Services/Front Desk
Applicants must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week. We’re hiring specifically for the below shifts:
Youth Sports
Salary: $16-18 hourly
The Sports Coordinator is responsible for officiating youth, teen or adult sporting events including, but not limited to: basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, etc. This position requires the individual to be the lead referee and mentor other referees. The Sports Coordinator will be the lead sports staff when the Sports Director is not onsite. The Sports Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sports Director in season prep and execution such as promotion, set up and tear down, monitor play, ensure safety of all coaches and participants, and provide direct supervision of participants at both games and practices in a safe, enjoyable, positive and inclusive environment that welcomes participants of all skill and activity level.
Salary: $22-24 hourly
The Sports Support Staff at AMS is a position primarily located at the Ashland Middle School providing lunch time sports programming for middle schoolers. They are responsible for the collaboration, creation, set up, delivery, and follow through of the Y Game On! Program. As their schedule allows they are also a support staff to the Sports Director for in season sports.
Salary: $18-20 hourly
YMCA Camp DeBoer
The Outdoor Education Director leads all outdoor education programming at YMCA Camp DeBoer, including the development and operation of spring and fall Outdoor School. The role oversees program design, staff hiring and training, equipment and supplies, curriculum standards, and relationships with schools and participants. The OED also supports the continued development of field trips, summer environmental education, and other programs.
Salary: $62,000 – $68,000
Seasonal, Part time. Hiring Outdoor School Field Instructors for our 5th – 6th grade Fall 2026 Residential Outdoor School. Deliver outdoor, standards-based, hands-on lessons in an engaging manner. Lead or assist in supporting student discussions, group challenges, activities, stories, games, skits, and songs.
Salary: $250-265/day at YMCA Camp DeBoer, $125/day for North Mountain Park Field trip days.
