Season, part-time, hourly. This is a seasonal position at YMCA Camp DeBoer, a camp and conference center located at beautiful Lake of the Woods. The position will ensure that wares for the front and back of the house are clean and sanitized. They will also assist with other functions and operations of the camp kitchen/dining area as needed as well as maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the camp facility.

Directly supervises, supports, and mentors cabin counselors. Works with Camp Program Director and other leadership staff to organize and implement overall camp program. Provides a quality experience to campers and families focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Represents the YMCA and self in a positive and professional manner.

Salary:

Full-time, exempt. Inspires and enables gymnasts to achieve their greatest potential, developing skills and techniques to succeed in and outside the gym. Helps oversee and implement a strong, well-rounded, safe, and disciplined gymnastics program that instills all the aspects of the YMCA’s character development values. Must be able to coach a variety of gymnastics classes, ages and levels throughout the week.

TBD, includes Evenings (Until 7pm) and Saturdays
Salary:
$47,000-$52,000/ year
Part-time, hourly. Responsible for and supervises a group of children in a gymnastics class or camp. Guides skill development that is consistent with YMCA values. Previous experience as a gymnast, teaching gymnastics, or working with children in a childcare, camp, or classroom setting required.

Full-time, exempt. Responsible for the management and operations at one of our preschool program sites. Leads the development and implementation of preschool programming and curriculum, set by the Preschool Director, at one preschool site. Operates an Ashland Family YMCA preschool site in compliance with current licensing requirements. This position is year-round.

Salary:
$52,000 – $57,000/yr
$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days!
Full-time, hourly. Provides direct supervision of assigned group of children in a preschool classroom setting. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with children, while building cooperative relationships with parents/caregivers. Promotes and supports the potential of all youth in programs and facilitates peer-to-peer connections.

$21 – $24/hr

YMCA Camp DeBoer Cabin Counselor
Schedule: Seasonal (7/8/24 – 8/2/24)

Schedule: Various shift times available throughout the week
Salary: $16-$20/hr DOE
Part-time, weekday afternoons. Teaching basic to advanced water safety skills and strokes to youth. We will train you!
Schedule: Weekday afternoons
Salary: $16-$23/hr DOE
Seasonal, teaching environmental education and outdoor skills to 5th and 6th graders at YMCA Camp DeBoer at Lake of the Woods mid September through late October. Housing available. Weekends off.
Schedule: Typically 4 days/week for a total of about 30 paid work days.
Salary: $225/day
