I first began my professional fitness career in 1986 while living in California and was employed at Malibu Fitness where I managed the facility and did personal training. After raising four incredible children here in Ashland I am back into helping others achieve their fitness goals.
I enjoy working with families, seniors, beginners, pregnant or postpartum individuals and those wanting to get back in shape.

After experiencing a significant knee injury that reshaped my perspective on health and wellness, I’ve committed myself to supporting others on their fitness journeys. I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone in your fitness journey and to empower you to take charge of your health. My own recovery journey taught me that with the right guidance and determination, anyone can overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Because of this, I am passionate about pre & post injuries, pain management and foundational technique.
