Registration Now Open for the 2026 Women’s Yoga Retreat: Rise into Radiance
We’re thrilled to announce that registration is officially open for the 2026 ASHLAND FAMILY YMCA Women’s Yoga Retreat, held August 21–23 at the beautiful YMCA Camp DeBoer at Lake of the Woods, Oregon.
This year’s theme, Rise into Radiance, invites women to step into a weekend of renewal — blending yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, lakefront time, community, nourishment, and meaningful moments of reflection.
Participants can look forward to:
- A thoughtfully curated mix of gentle practices, restorative sessions, and one or two “fiery” options for those who love a little more movement
- Peaceful spaces for journaling, walking, swimming, and simply being
- Nourishing meals enjoyed together in community
- Optional wellness offerings include a complimentary 1:1 session with Paige, as well as the opportunity to treat yourself to a 1:1 Reiki session with Tracey (group Reiki is included; individual sessions are an optional add-on).
- A retreat environment designed to help you breathe deeply, reconnect, and return home renewed
