Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra: A Four-Part Journey into Stillness and Self-Care

Reduce stress, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease in both body and mind through this four-part monthly Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop series. Held on Saturday afternoons from 4:00–5:30 PM, these 90-minute sessions offer a spacious, supportive environment to learn how to slow down, rest, and restore.
Each workshop begins with gentle, supportive Yin Yoga. This practice invites longer-held, floor-based postures that help improve flexibility, support connective tissue health, and encourage a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practiced while resting comfortably on your mat. Yoga Nidra is a practice of relaxed awareness that supports profound rest and restoration. Practitioners can experience improved sleep, reduced stress and tension, and a greater sense of clarity and well-being.
In addition to Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, learn how to integrate wellness practices such as acupressure, myofascial release, and Reiki throughout the series to further support relaxation and self-care. This series is ideal for adults who are comfortable sitting and lying on a yoga mat and are seeking gentle movement, tension relief, improved mobility, and deep rest.
Please bring a yoga mat and dress in warm, comfortable layers. All props are provided. You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or eye mask for added comfort during Yoga Nidra.
