Administration

Full-time, hourly. The HR & Bookkeeping Coordinator will provide essential support to both the Senior Director of Staff and Member Experience and the Finance Director, performing a variety of HR, member support, and financial tasks. This role is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of HR processes, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial data entry. The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes that support the mission of the YMCA and enhance the experience for both staff and members.
Schedule: M-F 
Salary: $20 – $24/ hour (5% bilingual pay differential for employees proficient in Spanish or Ukrainian)

Childcare

Full-time, hourly. This position assumes responsibility for the management and operations at one of our preschool program sites. This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of preschool programming and curriculum, set by the Preschool Director, at one preschool site. This role is responsible for operating an Ashland Family YMCA preschool site in compliance with current licensing requirements. This position is year-round. Could be asked to go to any of our Preschool locations to help.
 
Schedule: M-F, 9 AM – 6 PM
 
Salary: $25/hr – $28/hr; $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days (5% bilingual pay differential for employees proficient in Spanish or Ukrainian)

Member Services/Front Desk

Part-Time Hourly. The Member Services Attendant provides exceptional customer service to all members, guests, and program participants at the YMCA. Responsibilities include welcoming members, assisting with check-ins and membership inquiries, processing registrations and payments, and addressing general questions. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, promoting YMCA programs and services, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the YMCA’s mission of fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment are essential. We are currently seeking individuals available for early morning opener shifts and weekend coverage.

Schedule: 4:45am start time M-F, weekend availability

Pay: $16/hour ($2 differential for opening staff)

Youth Sports

Full-time, hourly. Inspires and enables gymnasts to achieve their greatest potential, developing skills and techniques to succeed in and outside the gym. Helps oversee and implement a strong, well-rounded, safe, and disciplined gymnastics program that instills all the aspects of the YMCA’s character development values. Must be able to coach a variety of gymnastics classes, ages and levels throughout the week.

Schedule:
TBD, includes Evenings (Until 7pm) and Saturdays

Salary:
$22-25/hr based on experience

Part-time, hourly. Responsible for and supervises a group of children in a gymnastics class or camp. Guides skill development that is consistent with YMCA values. Previous experience as a gymnast, teaching gymnastics, or working with children in a childcare, camp, or classroom setting required.

Tuesday 2-6:15
Wednesday 1:45-4:15
Thursday 2-6:30
Saturdays 8:45-11am

STARTING JUNE 17TH
Monday-Friday 12:30-4:30
and hours before and after camp as needed

$16-17.50/hr

Schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 10am-1pm
