Welcome to Ultra Prom.

Hosted by the Ashland Family YMCA, YMCA Camp DeBoer, and Not Another Running Company, Ultra Prom is a running event unlike any other. With the stunning beauty of YMCA Camp DeBoer and Lake of the Woods as your backdrop, this 24-hour event will challenge your endurance, inspire your spirit, and remind you that the best adventures begin on the trail.

Whether you’re an experienced ultrarunner, a first-time trail racer, or gathering a team of friends for a relay, you’ll find adventure, encouragement, and community waiting for you.

What’s a prom without a little style?

One of the most exciting parts of Ultra Prom is that costumes are encouraged! Break out that old prom dress, tuxedo, bow tie, tiara, or boutonniere—or create something completely your own. Whether you go all out or simply add a fun accessory, costumes help make the event even more memorable.

Of course, your favorite running gear is always welcome, too. The goal is simple: have fun and celebrate the adventure together.

Nestled along the scenic shores of Lake of the Woods, YMCA Camp DeBoer provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable running adventure. While you’ll enjoy beautiful forest scenery and glimpses of the lake, the course itself is designed to be approachable, consisting primarily of paved pathways with sections of trail—making it a great fit for both seasoned runners and those looking to take on a new challenge.

Participants will also enjoy many of the comforts that YMCA Camp DeBoer has to offer. Need a break between loops? Rest and recharge in our camp cabins, freshen up in our shower houses, and refuel with a selection of race snacks provided throughout the event.

Whether you’re running solo or with a relay team, you’ll have everything you need to keep moving, recover between miles, and enjoy an incredible weekend with fellow runners.

Participants will enjoy:

  • Lush, pristine old-growth forest and incredible lake views at the foot of Mt. McLoughlin in the Southern Oregon Cascades
